Three Rivers TAP is a local amateur pool league for 8-Ball, 9-Ball, 10-Ball, and other billiards and pool league play in and around East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our goal is to continue to lead the way for a competitive and fun atmosphere where we can meet new people, pool players, and make friendships.
